Our Story

Founded on the conviction that advisory beats inventory.

NORTHSTONE GROUP began with a single observation: South India had no shortage of property advisors, but very few who could tell a beautiful brochure from a buildable asset. We set out to be that firm — the one whose recommendations a client could trust without verification, because we had already done it.

A decade on, we are still that firm. Larger now, with desks across South India and dedicated representation for our diaspora clientele — but unchanged in posture. Every brief reads. Every project walks. Every transaction closes only when the legal team would sign for themselves.

We are not the largest. We do not aspire to be. We are the firm that the senior partners of other firms refer their own families to.
